Green Building Materials

We love being green! Just take a look at the walls in any of our brand new apartment communities (Omaha, Savannah, Oklahoma City) and you will see what we are talking about. In addition to our green walls we are also using green building materials when constructing our apartment communities. At Pavilion at Twin Creek, our brand new Omaha apartment Community, we used a some great eco-friendly materials:

• Pop bottle recycled carpeting,
• Energy efficient appliances and lighting fixtures,
• Low-emissivity glass windows,
• Flow optimizer water fixtures,

The Pavilion at Twin Creek also plans to install a salt water pool this spring.
We hope to make this a focus in our construction processes. We look forward to updating you on more green initiatives!

Open House Success
